Sabbie Chic Events is characterized by stunning and timeless designs, seamless and stress-free planning and a carefully curated event day flow. We are set apart by our high standards and excellent attention to detail while also remaining laid back and easy going (we bring the calm to the chaos). From full service planning and design to event day management we have a combined focus on creating custom designs and facilitating flawless logistics for Midwest destination weddings, elopements, social events, corporate functions, and more.

In addition to the standard venue options, we are highly skilled at creating events out of unique and challenging spaces. This package is for the bride that already has her bridal team and plan ready to go but needs someone to tie it all together right before the big day. Booking SCE as your day of coordinator fabulously incudes meeting for 3 consultations, creating a detailed timeline, layout, and coordination service specified for your wedding only, and a magical go-to person for the whole day! You can book up to 12 hours of our day of coordination service.

Manage vendor and décor setup at ceremony & reception sites.

Organize & distribute all personal flowers (bouquets, corsages, and boutonnieres) to wedding party, family members & special guests.

Oversee ushers & guest book attendants.

Make sure that all members of the wedding party are looking picture perfect.

Properly line up processional & cue musicians.

Facilitate the wedding ceremony.

Coordinate events during reception.

Ensure payment of vendor balances.

After reception, ensure client’s personal wedding items are removed from the event space and returned to clients/family members.

Day of Coordination
This deal is unique in that it is a wedding planner and a coordinator all wrapped into one cute, little package. The catch? Your coordinator will get you sent off down the aisle, check in with all your vendors and then head out for you to enjoy your party with your people! This package comes with all the perks of a day-of coordinator and it's cheaper for you because it's a combo of a planner and a coordinator.
